All Hannay retractable oil hose reels are handcrafted and available in aluminium, stainless steel, e-coated, and painted steel for superior protection against contamination and corrosion insensitive or caustic environments.

Reel Tech offers a large range of hose reels for refuelling and the fuel delivery application. The Hannay Petroleum Hose Reels Series range, able to handle 2” I.D hose for fast refuelling; the Series 2”, IV and IV5000 reels.

The Series 2” is available as either manual or power rewind with an optional auxiliary crank rewind for power rewind reels. It features a flanged riser, with 2” female NPT threads and is available as either an EP or EPJ option. The Series IV reels are a power rewind reel designed for inverted installation. It features a 90° ball bearing swivel joint, with 1.5” female NPT and 2” groove, combined with comet brake/air calliper brake.

Inlet, riser and hub assembly of both the Series 2” and Series IV reels are made of steel, ( stainless on request ), with the remainder of the reel being made of stainless steel.

The Series IV5000 is a single wrap power rewind reel designed for inverted installation. It ensures effortless and fast rewinding, wrapping and guiding of hose and features a 12 volt rewind comet brake as standard. All three reels are suitable for pressures to 600 psi and temperatures from -40°C to 79°C.
