Heavy Duty Hose Reel

Why Invest in a Heavy-Duty Hose Reel for Your Business?

Without a heavy-duty hose reel, one of the most basic operations on job sites in a wide variety of industries becomes much more difficult to accomplish. With hoses running to and from on a job site, ensuring that there is an easy way to store them again is essential for smooth, safe operations. At Reel Tech, an authorised Hannay dealer and a holder of many reel-related patents, we are ideally positioned to aid your operation in acquiring the right hardware.

Solving Common Problems With a Retractable Pressure Washer Hose Reel from Reel Tech

For hoses that conduct liquid under very high pressures, such as for jet and pressure washing, a safe storage solution is essential. With the right reel, you can avoid complications such as:

  • Hoses which degrade and reach end of life sooner than anticipated due to poor storage or reeling. Each cycle of reeling and unspooling puts stress on the hoses upon which your operations rely, and over time, this stress can lead to damage in the material. Better hardware puts less of this stress on the hose, extending their usable lifespan.
  • Difficulty reeling or unreeling hoses when the time comes to begin a job. Delays caused by reels that don’t unspool quickly or safely can prove to be especially problematic. Reel Tech products are easy to use time and again.
  • Safety hazards on the job site, such as the risk of tripping. The more safely and quickly you can remove hoses no longer necessary for work, the safer the job site becomes.

Reel Tech’s extensive product range and industry understanding enable us to supply reels that easily allow you to navigate around these typical concerns.

The Importance of the Right Drain Cleaning Hose Reels

Why exactly is the reel you select so important, though? It’s not just another piece of throwaway hardware. Instead, your selection allows you to:

  • Ensure that your hoses always have proper storage and can easily wind onto the reel without undue stress or risk of damage. Damage does not always occur just during the storage process; improper storage can cause problems, too.
  • Reduce the time needed for set-up or tear-down at either end of the workday. Reel Tech products allow for swifter actions, which would enable your teams to get to work cleaning and power washing more quickly.
  • Make the most of your investment with equipment that lasts through thousands of cycles without issue. Choosing high-quality ensures that you do not have to purchase new equipment as weaker units fail continually.

Why Reel Tech is a Cost-Effective Choice for Power Hose Reels
