Notice on Reel Finish
Standard finish on Hannay reels is a high performance modified acrylic enamel paint. Standard color is metallic graphite. Other colors available at no additional cost include red, white, black, and primer. Most of the major components on standard reels are e-coated prior to receiving final topcoat paint finish. This combination of e-coat and enamel topcoat will meet the finish requirements of most customer applications and environments. In cases where requirements cannot be met with the standard finish, Hannay Reels can coat any model reel with an automotive primer, allowing application of final coating at your facility. Alternatively, Hannay Reels can provide a quote for matching a customer-provided paint specification. For further information. For environments where no paint finish is suitable, we offer both aluminum and stainless steel (304 grade) construction on most reel models.

Hannay’s new Spray Non-Corrosive (SNC) Series reels, constructed primarily of 304-grade stainless steel, are designed specifically for lawn care, agriculture, horticulture, pest control and other spray-related industries. Competitively priced and comparable in weight to aluminum construction, the SNC series provides a significant advantage in strength and protection in corrosive environments. These reels are designed to handle a variety of applications, including water, pesticides and fertilizer mixes. Available in both crank and electric-powered rewind, other options include 4-way roller guides, as well as 304 SST constructed stacking kits.

Hannay Special Heavy-Duty 1500 Series Reels
Hannay Reels 1500 series reel, used for pressure washing, steam cleaning, high and low pressure water supply, air and more, can be upgraded to handle heavy-duty jetting operations as well. Upgrades include providing a stiffer spool to counter high-pressure hose expansion concerns, a reinforced frame for extra rigidity and a larger drum to accommodate hose with a higher bend radius.

Hannay Reels family of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) hose reels are built to help meet diesel emissions regulations for the transportation industry. These reels feature a 304-grade stainless steel fluid path in various sizes to handle the corrosive urea-based solution safely and efficiently. Manual or power rewind reels, available for longer lengths up to 2″ ID hose, are listed below. Spring rewind retractable reels, available for shorter lengths up to 1″ ID hose, are listed on the reverse side.

These reels handle up to 50′ of 1-1/2″ or 2″ ID vacuum hose, are constructed of heavy-duty steel and available in manual or spring return to automatically rewind hose.
